At Dave Clark, I led the delivery of software solutions for Vistra across the APAC region, focusing on empowering customers through self-service tools and clear, outcome-driven timelines. I specialised in hiring, leading, and coaching agile teams, using Scrum and user-centred design to deliver results that exceeded stakeholder and end-user expectations.
Our work included enhancing an existing application to let clients view corporate governance data and creating a new onboarding platform from scratch to streamline user setup.
At Serato, I led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative DJing and music production products, focusing on features that empowered creativity and improved user workflows. I collaborated closely with hardware partners and internal stakeholders to align product vision with market and user needs.
Our work included major updates to Serato Studio, new hardware integrations for Serato DJ, and the introduction of real-time stems separation technology.
